WHEN a customer reports duplicated unpaid orders and requests cancellation:
- IF the order is unpaid, THEN inform the customer that unpaid orders will be automatically cancelled later and no further action is needed.
- IF the customer requests confirmation, THEN reassure that the unpaid duplicated order will be cancelled automatically and escalate only if the customer needs further assistance.
- ASK customer if customer can provide order number to ease investigate.
