Is tracking still not updated for a long period?
If you have chosen an estimated delivery date, we will create the AWB days ahead to prepare for processing, which is why you see it's still pending updates on the DHL tracking website.
Once dispatched, you shall receive tracking email updates from our courier service partner DHL Ecommerce.
If you do not select any estimated delivery date upon checkout and the tracking is still pending, is because your order is still in process.
